Make sure that nothing on the property has changed and that you are indeed getting the property that you signed for. The seller should have evacuated the premises, allowing your solicitor to check the state of the house, according to the contract you signed. Any damage or disagreements must be solved through negotiation between the seller and the buyer, through their respective solicitors, until the improvement is complete. The seller must pay for the reparation of any damage.
